<p>Care sunt trairile pe care un nou angajat le are atunci cand ajunge la  locul de munca in prima zi? Poate fi vorba de entuziasm, bucurie, dorinta de a-i cunoaste pe noii colegi, noii sefi sau pe viitorii clienti. Orice schimbare inseamna si stres, mai ales una de acest gen. Creierul este suspus nevoii de a se adapta la noile conditii si cerinte.</p>
<p>In fata incertitudinii si a viitorului ambiguu este foarte important cum reactionezi intrucat acesta este prima impresie pe care o creezi in mintea sefilor, colegilor si clientilor. In cele ce urmeaza voi descrie cativa pasi care in mod cert va ajuta la ridicarea cetii primelor zile sau saptamani la noul job.</p>

Remarcând un procent relativ scăzut al persoanelor de sex feminin în funcţii manageriale ne putem pune următoarea întrebare: Care sunt cauzele acestei realităţi oarecum neconcordante cu ceea ce presupune  etica în afaceri, implicit egalitatea de şanse ?</p>
<p>Datorită unor idei preconcepute, izvorâte din mentalitatea colectivă, femeile întâmpină dificultăţi în a ajunge în funcţii de conducere. Această stare de fapt e determinată de numeroasele stereotipii şi concepţii adânc înrădăcinate. Discriminarea dintre sexe este un  factor cheie care contribuie la o distributie inegala in top management.</p>

<p><strong>Cine suntem?</strong></p>
<p>In primul rand suntem un grup de oameni <strong>interesaţi</strong> de propria dezvoltare, dornici să devină mai competenţi.</p>
<p>Termenul „competenţă” are două accepţiuni diametral opuse. Prima dintre ele este aceea de „excelenţă” (vezi expresia „este un om competent”) iar a doua este de „minim necesar” (vezi expresia „nu e de competenţa mea”).</p>
<p>O competenţă este formată din cunoştinţe (partea teoretică), aptitudini (experienţa practică) şi atitudini (voinţa). Pe scurt spus „ce ştii”, „ce poţi” şi „ce vrei”. În altă ordine de idei, competenţa se leagă de un domeniu. Nu poţi fi o persoană competentă pur şi simplu ci poţi fi o persoană competentă într-un domeniu de competenţă.</p>
<p>În al doilea rând suntem un grup de oameni <strong>competenţi</strong> în domeniile despre care am ales să scriem. Fie avem <strong>studii</strong> în respectivul domeniu, fie  avem <strong>experienţă de minim doi ani</strong> în aria aleasă, fie le avem pe ambele. Dar ceea ce ne uneşte este tocmai <strong>atitudinea</strong>, dorinţa de a deveni competenţi în adevăratul sens al cuvântului (cel de „excelenţă”)</p>
<p><strong>Cine va publica? </strong></p>
<p>Până acum au acceptat invitaţia de a publica alături de noi :</p>
<p><strong>- Alexandra Oros</strong> - licenţiată în Administrarea Afacerilor şi absolventă a unui master în Managementul Proiectelor. În prezent este management consultant la una dintre primele firme apărute pe piaţa din România în acest domeniu în cadrul căreia implementează două proiecte europene şi organizează training-uri de Project Management.</p>
<p>- <strong>Iulian Sirbu</strong> –licenţiat în Ştiinţele educaţiei absolvent al unui master de Consiliere Şcolară şi orientarea carierei. De mai bine de 3 ani Iulian este consilier în carieră acreditat GCDF şi colaborează cu firme din domeniul HR. În prezent lucrează ca profesor.</p>
<p>- <strong>Liviu Drăghici </strong>–este licenţiat în Ştiinţe economice (Management) şi Ştiinţele educaţiei. Este absolvent a două mastere, unul de Management de proiect, celălalt de Consiliere şcolară şi orientarea carierei. Are experienţă de peste 5 ani în domenii ca recrutarea şi selecţia resurselor umane, coordonarea echipelor şi management de proiect. De aproape doi ani este Senior Project Manager la Vodafone România.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tot mai des, şi cu atât mai mult în perioada de recesiune economică, se foloseşte eficientizarea atât ca termen cât şi ca acţiune. Dar mulţi confundă eficienţa cu eficacitatea. Eficacitatea înseamnă a face ce trebuie, eficienţa înseamnă a face cât mai bine. Am făcut această remarcă deoarece eficientizarea ar trebui să fie o combinaţie de eficienţă şi eficacitate.</p>
<p>Chiar dacă faci ce trebuie, e clar că nu îţi permiţi risipa dar pe de altă parte nici nu poţi face cu maxim randament ceva ce nu trebuie. Din păcate mulţi manageri de-ai locului nu pricep asta. Teoria afirmă iar realitatea confirmă faptul că eficientizarea în exces are consecinţe nefaste. Aceasta nu înseamnă doar reducere de personal. Dacă restructurarea nu se produce şi la nivelul proceselor şi procedurilor de lucru, există premisele manifestării următoarelor pericloe:</p>
